Returns/Exchanges of Crochet Bikini
➳ Requests for exchange must be reported to the Customer Service Center (sales@devoceanswimwear.com) within up to 03 (three) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
➳ We at Devocean want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase so we have made our exchange system very simple. All items are inspected before being sent to ensure a high level of quality in the products you purchase from us.
➳ Devocean will exchange accessory items if returned within 7 days . Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
➳ Due to hygiene reasons there is NO RETURNS on bikinis, so please choose wisely and look the sizing tables available, make sure to measure yourself and send your sizing on a note.
➳ You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us and supply a return postage satchel with your name, address and order number. Please contact us for return address.
* Custom and SALE items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
All exchanges must meet the following requirements:
- Mail it back within 7 business days from the date of purchase
- Please note Devocean does not refund because of change of mind. Refunds are only issued if an item its faulty. ( Faulty items must be returned within a 2 week period)
- All products must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with ALL tags still attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Devocean reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new or unused condition.
➳If you cannot find anything in our store that you would like to exchange we will offer you a credit note to the amount of original purchase (excluding freight) which can be used in store and is valid for six months from the date of issue.
